We have a travelling Earth Oven, which we take to festivals and events. We cook authentic pizzas, made from carefully sourced ingredients that taste wonderful eaten straight from the wood-fired oven. In the very high temperature of the oven the pizzas only take 3 or 4 minutes to cook. People can watch the dough being prepared and then enjoy the delicious aroma of freshly cooked pizza mingled with wood-smoke. There is also the opportunity to find out how these ovens are built using local clay and time-honoured techniques.
